  • 1Put white sugar, water, instant coffee, and vanilla extract in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • 2Put coffee mixture in fridge to cool. When cool, skim off scum and add vodka, stir and pour into bottles.
